Griffin Gass

Griffin made the pilgrimage to Los Angeles from Seattle just about a year ago. In a short time he made it very clear what he was here to do. Like any young skater that moves away from home, you're going to need some sort of side gig to make ends meet. Griffin is not one to complain about anything, and he does what he needs to do with the best attitude and outlook possible. For his first six months in LA, Griffin worked a graveyard shift at a Subway down the block from his house where he lives with teammates James Capps and Yonnie Cruz. He would work from midnight to 8 in the morning, walk home, make some coffee, and come skate all day everyday with a smile on his face. He quickly climbed the ranks to solidify his spot on Lakai, Girl, and Royal with his natural talent, humble demeanor, and fun personality. With a mix of immense style, power, and finesse it's no wonder that Griffin is getting the attention he is. After a mind blowing last part in Girl's new video DOLL, we can't wait to see what he does next.
